Fillet freshly caught Jack Fish (Northern Pike)
Egg Wash – 1 egg in 1 oz of water
Wisk
Dip fillet in flour, egg wash and then back in flour
Melt ⅓ cup of butter in frying pan
Add a handful of wild chives
Add battered fillets
Cook until flaky and golden brown
