Jodi Smith represents the WildCheff Southeast Culinary Team. Jodi is a great example of an outdoorswoman that combines her passion for pursuing fish and game with cooking it in a unique and sumptuous manner. Jodi acquired her love for cooking fish and game while growing up in Utah from a very unusual individual; her grandmother!!! Following her heritage, she enjoys hunting and fishing for game in the Southeast – harvesting and filling her freezer with alligator, deer, waterfowl, wild boar and varieties of fish. Jodi believes in eating natural meats and fish in a self-sustaining lifestyle.
