Backstrap and Biscuits

Ingredients

1 very cleaned Backstrap (remove all silver skin completly) (deer, elk, moose,etc,).

Favorite seasoned flour or batter.

oil in large skillet or deep fryer 

1 can of Grands ( southern style) biscuits.

Directions

Cut backstrap into 1'4 inch pieces. Add meat to seasoned flour. Shake excess flour from meat. Cook meat in 350 degree oil for 5 to 6 minutes. Do not over cook! Cook biscuits to package directions.

Add mayo (and favorite hot sauce if needed) to biscuits. Pile on backstrap and hold on. Awesome meal!
