Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

1 pound button mushrooms
2 tblspoons of butter
1/4 cup finely chopped celery and or onions
8 oz of crab meat
2 cups of crushed crackers
parmesan cheese
garlic powder (your preferance)
1/2 teaspoon old bay
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, beaten
Directions
1. Do ahead: Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop about half of them. Reserve caps.
2. Melt butter and saute mushroom stems, celery, onion. When vegetables are soften, add crab meat and the crushed crackers. Continue to saute until most liquid have been absorbed. Set aside to cool.
3. Preheat oven 400
4. Combine cooled crab mixture with garlic powder, parm cheese, spices, and beaten egg. Stuff each mushrooms with mixture.
5. Put filled caps in a baking dish on a single layer. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Eat and enjoy!
