Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt
And your favorite fillings and toppings (I love lemon juice and sugar with fresh berries on top)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients (except for your fillings and toppings) together in a bowl, and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Butter a hot crepe pan or crepe iron
3. Spoon some batter onto pan or iron and swirl for an even crepe
4. Flip crepe
5. Add filling and fold crepe into a rectange or triangle
6. Top and serve
