Oil 2 Wild turkey breasts, cut into 1x2" strips 2 beaten eggs Seasoned breadcrumbs Dip turkey strips in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Heat oil over med-hi heat until hot. Fry turkey until golden brow, flipping once. Drain on papertowels, serve immediately with ketchup/honey mustard/tomato sauce/ranch dressing, or serve on a taco with mayo, lettuce and tomato
