Ingredients

1 cup of worchester,
1/2 cup of soy,
1/2 cup of terraki 
2 table spoons of liquid smoke,
1 tea spoon of garlic powder,
2 table spoons of Creole,
2 teaspoons of Louisiana hotsauce,
2 tea spoons of seasalt,
2 table spoons of minced onion,
1 tablespoon of ketchup

Directions

Mix ingredients well. Bring mix to a boil, slowly, and let cool. Cover meat evenly. I recommend to vacuum in a bag for at least twenty four hours in the refrigerator.

You can revise your ingredients as your taste demands.

MAKE SURE YOUR MEAT IS PROPERLY CURED!! This can be a dry cure or smoking your meat first. But this is very important!
