Ingredients
1 JAR Sportsman’s Gold Ginger mango BBQ
4 Shrimp skewers
1 Head of Orange Cauliflower
1 Bell pepper
1 whole pineapple sliced
Directions
Directions: Heat oven to 375 and place cauliflower on a baking sheet. Cover the cauliflower with olive oil
and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 30min. Grill off the shrimp skewers and bell pepper and
let rest for about 5 min. Top the shrimp off with Sportsman’s Gold Gluten free BBQ sauce and serve.
