Directions
weave a 6 x 6 weave of bacon
slather on the sausage on top of the weave
add lots of smoked gouda on top of the sausage.
roll up the cheese in the sausage
roll up the sausage in your bacon weave.
add a few toothpicks to hold it together.
throw into smoker at about 225 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. slice. serve. eat. fell your arteries harden. get snockered drunk after and eat another piece in the morning for breakfast.
