Ingredients

1 round container regular salt

1 whole can ground allspice

3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

10-12 whole bay leaves

6 cloves garlic, crushed

1 can applejuice concentrate

2 onions, cut up in small pieces

Directions

Take all ingredients and dump into a cooler big enough for a turkey......start adding water and mix everything together, till salt is dissolved. Add turkey, or chickens, and fill till water is covering bird. Add enough ice to keep it cold. Close cooler and let sit for 12-24 hours. Pull turkey out, and wash it thourghly with apple cider or juice, and pat dry. It is now ready for the smoker, or the fryer. When it is fully cooked, let sit for 20 min. before cutting up. You will be addicted once you try this, never a dry bird again!
