Ingredients

Bluegill Fillets, Club Crackers

Directions

1/3 of an individual pack of crackers per 12 fillets, take crackers roll them into fine crumbs and put them in a gallon bag, take 2 eggs and whisk them in a small bowl adding a tsp of milk, use a large skillet, add canola oil about 1/8 inch deep to skillet, set heat to med., dip fillets in egg, throw fillets into bag of crumbs, close bag and shake, remove fillets from bag and put them in heated skillet, add a little seasoning salt and black pepper, cook 4 min per side and remove, place them on paper towels on a plate to drain, serve and ENJOY!
