Peach Soy Ginger Sticky Ribs

Ingredients

1 cup peach jam

2 T. soy sauce

2 T. butter

1 T. fresh grated ginger

2 t. chili powder (I use the Cinnamon Chile Blend from www.wildcheff.com)

1 t. hot sauce

2-2 pound racks of ribs

Directions

In a sauce pan, combine the jam, soy sauce, and butter over low heat and bring to a simmer, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the ginger, chili powder, and hot sauce. Season ribs with salt & pepper and pour 1/3 of the sauce over, rubbing to cover. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1-1/4 hours. Remove and grill on prepared grill another 20 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
