Preparation Time:  30 minutes
Cooking Time:  20 minutes
Course: soups

Ingredients

1 onion

1 1/2 lb ground deer meat

3 tbls chili powder

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 (10.75 0unce) can of condensed tomatoe soup

1 (14.5) can diced tomatoes/sweet onions (undrained)

1 (10 ounce) can milder diced tomatoes/green chilis (undrained)

1 (16-ounce) can chili beans in mild sauce (undrained)

1 (15_ounce) can black beans ( drained)

Directions

Place deer meat , 1/2 of onion, chili powder, seasoned salt, and pepper to large pot or pan. Cook until meat is completely done ( 5 to 6 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients including other half of onion. Bring to a boil (approx 5 minutes), stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

This isn't momma's recipe that has to simmer half the day before you eat. This is a quick and easy recipe that will have you eating good chili in less than 45 minutes after leaving your stand.
