Rabbit Stew

Ingredients

1 Rabbit(cut up 4 legs and 1 back), 5 medium potatoes, 6 to 10 mini carrots

Directions

Take 2 eggs, scramble, add a touch of milk, stir 1/2 cup of flour on a plate, add tsp of seasoning salt and tsp of blk pepper, mix           Dip rabbit pcs in egg, roll in flour.

Place in lrg frying pan med heat , brown on both sides.

Peel potatoes and carrots, dice in 1/2 inch chunks.  Add 2 cups of water to a small pan, bring water to a boil, add 2 chicken bullion cubes, let dissolve.

Place potatoes and carrots in glass cassarole dish, Pour in the chicken broth from small pan, Place the browned rabbit on top, cover with lid, Place in oven on 275 for 2 1/2 hrs  Remove from the oven, take off lid let stand for 5 to 10 min and ENJOY
