Directions
After deboning my Duck and Goose Breast. I pound the beasts with a Tenderizing hammer.I than soak the meat in BUTTER MILK for a minimun of 8 Hours Prior to cooking.This takes the Fowl Flavor out of Fowl! This also works on Rutty Buck meat as well.
