1 can of tomato sauce
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of course Kansas City Steak seasoning
1 tablespoon of horseradish (from a jar of prepared horseradish)
Directions
Mix it all up in a small bowl & then pour it into a gallon zip lock bag, add the meat, steak, roast, chops and let it soak in there for a few hours or a day if you want. If you like stuff with more heat, you can increase the amount of horseradish or add some hot sauce.
It's easy and tastes really good!
