Squirrel Noodles

Directions

Cut squirrel into peices and place in oven safe dish, add 3 cups of water

Set oven on 325 degrees

Add 2 TBL Worcheshire Sauce

1/2 of an onion sliced

Cook for 3 Hrs

Take out of oven, save broth

Pick meat off of bone

Put broth in a pan and bring it to a boil

1/2 cup of flour in a measuring cup, add just enough COLD water to it to make it a liquid by whisking it in

Add flour liquid miture to boiling broth whisking it in slowly to thicken it up (STIR IT IN FOR A COUPLE MINUTES) then turn burner off

Add 2 TBLS of seasoning salt

1 TBLS of BL Pepper

1/2 tsp of garlic salt

 Stir in seasonings and add the meat to the thickened broth

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain

Add the broth and meat to the noodles and mix them together

PRESTO! SQUIRREL NOODLES!!
