Ingredients
1.5 lbs venison
Garlic: 3 cloves
1 green pepper
3-4 slices bacon
Corn 1 cup
egg noodles 4-6 cups
1.2 cups water
2 cups milk
yougurt or sour cream 4 Tbsp (Yougurt) 6-8 Tbsp (Sour Cream)
Cajun Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Garlic (3 cloves chopped), green pepper (cut) and bacon (3 slices) saute'd, add creole/cajun' seasoning: then add venison (1.5lb)... brown. When browned add: water (1.5c), milk (2c) yougurt (6...Tbsp or so) corn (1c), egg noodles (4-6 cups). bring to boil stirring... at boil take off heat and simmer for 15min. covered. Salt and pepper to taste! Removed from heat and serve! I think that's about it... may want more yougurt or sour cream to thicken, depending on how you like it!
